River Seine Cruise

Nothing can be more perfect if you want to admire both Parisian monuments and landscape than a cruise down the river Seine, particularly in one of those well-known boats, popularly named “Bateau Mouches”.

Along the centuries, sightseeing was a source of inspiration for numerous works of art: novels, poems, but especially paintings. They captured images of the everyday life, people in different hypostases, of many professions, in different periods of the year. As a matter of fact, this fascination is understandable, because the river connects all parts of the city, forming the delightful ensemble known as Paris.

From the boat, you have under your eyes a great panoramic view that includes images of the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Grand Palais or Musee d’Orsay.

And don’t forget of course, about the marvelous bridges that connect the mainland with the great number of islands. Passing under these, during the boat trip, you experience a unique feeling of thrill.

Plus, you have the possibility to enjoy an exquisite, typically French dinner, while on board. No trip to the “City of Lights” is complete, unless you tested and tasted the savor of the renowned French cuisine.

What can be more romantic than doing this at night, on a boat trip down the river which is a synonym of romanticism itself? Besides, you can have the possibility to see the city at night, with all those lively lights surrounding it in breathtaking shadows and colors.

However, these are only a few of the reasons for which a cruise down the river Seine deserves all your consideration.
